Are you a skilled professional passionate about land development and civil engineering? Join a collaborative team where you’ll work on impactful projects across residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.

This field-based position supports land development projects, including civil site design, municipal services, and roadways. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design functional and detailed residential subdivision and ICI infrastructure.
• Develop municipal services, including storm, sanitary, and watermain systems.
• Prepare grading plans, earthworks analyses, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate the preparation of final plans and integrate work from multiple disciplines.
• Prepare technical reports, memos, and construction specifications.

What You Bring

• 5–10 years in civil design and inspection.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other related programs.
• Strong knowledge of municipal service design, roadways, grading plans, and construction documentation.
