SSA are working with a Market-leading M&E Contractor seeking an Accounts and Administrative assistant based in Dublin.
Permanent Position: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Office Based
Salary and Terms & Conditions will be agreed during interview
Working Relationships - Maintain good working relationship with follow employees
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Keep workplace tidy
Administration Assistant Duties Include but not limited to: - Providing support for management & office staff
- Providing support for field staff
- Keep all maintenance records up to date
- Ensure prompt delivery of maintenance reports to customers
- Keeping maintenance schedules up to date
- Any other duties requested by management
Accounts Assistant Duties Include but not limited to: - Processing / pay suppliers invoices
- Prompted preparing and issuing of sales invoices
- Updating the Sage accounts system
- Credit control and debt collection
- Keeping computer programmes updated
- Prepare weekly / monthly accounts statements
- Reconcile payments from customers
- Filing
- Any other duties requested by management
Training will be provided Qualifications:
- Leaving Certificate standard
- Computer skills including Microsoft word and excel
- Experience in Sage50 accounts packages will be an advantage
- Previous experience in the service industry will be an advantage
- Good telephone manner
