SSA are looking for an Architectural Technologist for our Client, a reputable Architecture Firm based in Dublin.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Architectural Technology degree and a track record of over 1 years in professional practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical design and detailing, coupled with a profound understanding of technical aspects and on-site operations.
- Preferably, hands-on experience in managing large-scale residential development projects.
- Comprehensive familiarity with the most recent Planning and Irish Building Regulations standards applicable in Ireland.
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD/REVIT, Adobe, and MS Office tools
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration across all organisational levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and lead a team rather than relying solely on instructions.
- Highly organised, adept at successful time and resource management.
