SSA Group are seeking an Assistant Project Manager on behalf of a leading residential and commercial Developer in South Dublin (Dublin 18). 
Our client is a leading Developer and are now seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a high density (apartments) residential development in South Co. Dublin. 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the countries leading Developers.

€60,000 - €65,000 + package on offer, depending on experience. 

Reporting into the Project Manager, your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project on time, within budget and implemented within the required safety, environmental and quality parameters.
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals, such as surveyors, engineers and architects.
• Management of subcontractors / site teams
• Reviewing weekly progress reports for the Master Construction Programme
• Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Construction Team
• Supporting Communication between the Design Team and Sub-Contractors
• Attending weekly Management Team Meetings
• Assisting in the management and implementation of the Safety Management System
• Implementation of Daily and Weekly Programmes together with the issue of programme details to sub-contractors
• Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• An Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management Diploma / Degree
• 3+ years experience working as an Engineer/Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry in Ireland or the UK.
• Must be technically competent with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
