Our Client in Galway is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer in Galway to join their team. The role includes bridge site visits spread throughout the NW Region.

- Assist the RE in managing project field staff and perform field inspection and documentation of Contractor's activities
- Supervision, administration, monitoring, and inspection of construction works on-site
- May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel
- Provide quality inspection to ensure that job is being built in accordance with approved plans
- 3+ years relevant experience in design or construction of relevant structures
- Relevant third level degree
- Computer savvy with knowledge of required software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- SafePass and full Irish drivers license
- Excellent salary
- Contract until 2027
