CAD Civil Designer – Municipal Infrastructure

Are you a passionate CAD Civil Designer ready to make your mark on impactful municipal infrastructure projects? We're thrilled to be partnering with a renowned consulting engineering firm, and they’re looking for a talented CAD Civil Designer to join their team in Mississauga.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop innovative preliminary and detailed designs for critical municipal infrastructure projects, from roads to water systems.
• Work alongside talented project managers, CAD staff, and a supportive team to coordinate detailed project drawings and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Play a key role in ensuring projects meet technical requirements, while mentoring and guiding junior staff to help them thrive in their careers.
• Tackle complex projects with efficiency, keeping everything on track and delivering exceptional results.

What You Bring:

• Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or Civil Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on design experience in Ontario.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Word, Excel, and MS Project. Experience with MicroStation and InRoads would be a strong asset.
• Deep understanding of municipal and regional design standards, and a solid background in both preliminary and detailed design for municipal projects.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, all while guiding junior team members to success.
