Job Description

A well-established civil engineering firm is seeking an AutoCAD Technician to support subdivision and site plan development. Reporting to the AutoCAD Project Manager, you will collaborate with the AutoCAD Design team and Project Managers to assist in the design and development of civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AutoCAD designs for subdivision infrastructure and site plans, including site grading, storm sewers, water mains, service plans, and land development.
• Ensure compliance with Conservation and Municipal Regulatory requirements.
• Create engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including:
  • Pipe networks
  • Surface building
  • Corridor modeling

• Knowledge of civil design and CAD drafting standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in subdivision and site plan designs.
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET) or equivalent.
• Engineering Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
