The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil construction and project execution. This role requires excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water treatment plant projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Lead project teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.
Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure projects, water treatment processes, and related regulations.
Proficiency in project scheduling software
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with public sector contracts and government projects an advantage
Familiarity with local, provincial, and federal water treatment regulations and advantage.
