Position Overview: As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to site preparation and ground improvements.

Key Responsibilities: - On-Site Management:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Lead by example in maintaining a safety-conscious work environment.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and in-house staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
- Schedule Adherence:
- Work closely with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor progress and implement adjustments to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear communication channels between on-site teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Report progress, issues, and potential risks to project management.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and address on-site challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with project management to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Resource Management:
- Manage on-site resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with the project manager to ensure resource availability aligns with project needs.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-site construction management, preferably in site preparation and ground improvements.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
