Our client is seeking a Civil Superintendent to oversee large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead crews, manage on-site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage schedules, resources, and materials
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements:

• 10+ years of civil construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
