Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

The Construction Safety Officer will be instrumental in ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and that our worksites maintain the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Safety Regulations: Ensure all job sites adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Risk Assessment and Safety Protocols: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop safety protocols to mitigate risks.
- Site Safety Inspections: Perform regular inspections of construction sites, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Safety Training and Meetings: Organize and conduct safety training sessions and meetings to promote safe work practices among employees.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate any accidents or incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction safety
- Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) are preferred.
Procore - Strong knowledge of local and federal safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
