About the Role:
Join an award winning culture! The Contract Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and financial aspects of projects across residential, commercial, and fit-out sectors. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget.
Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing contracts, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer contracts from pre-construction to project completion
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and issues as they arise
About You:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Contract Administrator role within the construction industry atleast 3 years Australian experience. Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of managing complex contracts and project documentation are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be key to maintaining positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • 3 years experience in construction contract administration is essential
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
