Estimating Administrator - Energy & Life Sciences - Hybrid / Central Dublin

SSA is recruiting Estimating / Bid Administrator on behalf of an expanding company within the renewable energy sector.
About the role:
This is a key position for our client, supporting the estimating team based in their Central Dublin office (nearby train station). You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the preparation, submission, and management of tenders.
You will act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining registers, preparing reports, coordinating documents, reviewing contracts, ensuring submissions meet internal quality standards, and much more.
This position could suit a recent construction graduate, or someone with experience in any of the following areas: quantity surveying, estimating, tender engineering, bid coordination, or document control.

Position requirements:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good understanding of contracts and tendering processes
- Proven experience in tender administration or document control
- Valid working rights within Ireland
