Overview
We seek an experienced Estimator with a strong technical background to deliver accurate estimates for multi-family and light industrial projects valued up to $50M. You’ll play a key role in managing costs, evaluating risks, and supporting pre-construction and construction teams.

Qualifications Required

• Post-secondary technical diploma.
• 5+ years of estimating experience.

Preferred

• PQS designation or Gold Seal Certification.
• Experience with multi-family, commercial, and light industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for cost-plus, construction management, and fixed-price contracts.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs to optimize cost efficiency.
• Develop scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain and update the estimating database.
• Use software tools (Excel, Project, take-off software) effectively.
• Manage small projects when needed.

Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 per year.
