Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and proposals for both residential and commercial projects.
• Work on large-scale projects, with a focus on residential developments such as apartment complexes, as well as commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with the project team to assess costs, budgets, and scope.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a project value range of £15-30 million.
• Provide detailed and clear documentation, ensuring all estimates align with client requirements and company standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, particularly in large residential construction (apartment complexes) and commercial buildings.
• Strong proficiency in creating comprehensive proposals and cost estimates.
• Excellent understanding of project lifecycles, from pre-construction to project delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
