Job Description: Our client is seeking a Finishing Construction Site Superintendent with at least 2+ years of local experience managing high-end construction finishes, particularly in restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of finishing materials and methods, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades to ensure a flawless final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finishing phases of construction, ensuring high-quality execution of millwork, flooring, tiling, painting, and other fine details.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project design and client expectations.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure smooth project completion.
• Manage punch lists and ensure all deficiencies are addressed before project handover.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, schedules, and material orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of local experience in high-end commercial construction, specifically in restaurant finishes or luxury interiors.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
