Job Opportunity: Foreman – Entertainment Fitout Projects

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Foreman to join a leading Fitout Company specialising in the entertainment sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of fitout projects in Melbourne, with potential for travel to Adelaide, Sydney, and New Zealand for future projects – though travel is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of fitout projects, ensuring the team meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring projects are progressing on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of work.
• Maintain a strong presence on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in problem-solving and addressing any issues that arise during the course of the project.
• Work on site-based activities in South East Melbourne and Melbourne City.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the fitout industry, with a focus on entertainment sector projects (bars, clubs, theatres, restaurants, etc.).
• Strong understanding of site management, construction processes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure projects run smoothly.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for projects in Adelaide, Sydney, and New Zealand (if desired).
• Relevant trade qualifications or experience in the construction industry. Benefits:
