The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Oversight: Plan, organize, lead, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
- Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and drive the construction schedule alongside the project team to meet project milestones and completion dates.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction meets approved design specifications, drawings, and applicable codes, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any changes to project plans.
Qualifications: - Experience: Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager in the civil construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
