Job Description

Primary Function
 
You will be working with a team of professionals with a dedication to timelines and quality of work on projects from cradle to grave. You will provide overall supervision, coordination, sequencing, and scheduling of construction activities on the project construction site with our proven systems. Complete project requirements as per plans and specifications on time and on budget, in cooperation with the Project Management team.  You will be responsible for the implementation and overall enforcement of health and safety programs and quality control processes on site.  You will supervise, coach, and mentor other Superintendents and develop positive relationships with all team members. Communication is key at all levels 
 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and coordination with all ensuring delivery on all actions, ensuring milestones are met and overall project schedule achieved.
• Oversee construction teams to monitor project progress and address and resolve project challenges/escalations.
• Primary lead on job site
• Has knowledge and experience with all trades scope of work
• Maintains positive relationships with subcontractors, and suppliers
• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately. Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
• Creates site logistic plans and maintains an organized, clean job site
• Manage the project through to successful and timely completion – finishing with lessons learned documentation to be taken to the following project.

 
Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in low-rise and mid-rise residential projects.
• Experience managing a range of different projects simultaneously.   
• Organized with a systematic approach to achieving accuracy and efficiency.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities.
