Lead geotechnical projects, municipal and private developments, racetracks, mid and high‑rise buildings, infrastructure corridors, slope‑stability work, dam‑safety reviews, and guide a tight‑knit team of engineers and technologists. What You’ll Do

• Manage investigations, design, reporting and review for a variety of geotechnical projects
• Prepare proposals, budgets and schedules; track revenue, costs and risk
• Provide technical QA/QC and act as the team’s geotechnical authority
• Oversee site inspections for safety and regulatory compliance
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What You Bring

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil/Geotechnical (or related)
• 10+ years of consulting experience in Ontario and P.Eng. license (or eligibility)
• Solid grasp of provincial regulations and standards
• Proven project‑management, budgeting and scheduling skills
• Safety‑oriented and passionate about mentoring
• Clear, professional English communication
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
