What You’ll Do - Manage investigations, design, reporting and review for a variety of geotechnical projects
- Prepare proposals, budgets and schedules; track revenue, costs and risk
- Provide technical QA/QC and act as the team’s geotechnical authority
- Oversee site inspections for safety and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What You Bring - B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil/Geotechnical (or related)
- 10+ years of consulting experience in Ontario and P.Eng. license (or eligibility)
- Solid grasp of provincial regulations and standards
- Proven project‑management, budgeting and scheduling skills
- Safety‑oriented and passionate about mentoring
- Clear, professional English communication
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
