SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Graduate on behalf of a Civils Contractor, to be based in Kildare. This is a permanent position.

Our client is a renowned Civils Contractor and are highly respected within the Construction Industry. They have a vast array of ongoing and completed projects across Ireland. 

About the role:

• Salary €35,000 - €40,000 & Package

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the organisation complies with health and safety regulations.
• Records Keeping: Maintain safety records and documentation.
• PPE Management: Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Risk Assessments: Identify workplace hazards through risk assessments.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Safety Training: Assist in employee safety training programs.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct regular workplace safety inspections.
• Safety Policies: Assist in creating and updating safety policies

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:

• Relevant Health & Safety Qualification
• Strong communication skills
