Health & Safety Advisor      RC Frame/Gwks                   £45k                London
 
About the Client: My client are growing specialist civils subcontractor, specialising in complex RC Frame/Groundworks packages across London and the Southeast. They have a current turnover of almost £40m and work on projects to the value of £8m. They have grown year on year and have new structures in place to take them to the next level.
 
About the Role: As you develop in your role, you will help to promote a culture where safety, health and environmental considerations are integrated into every day processes. Reporting to the SH&E Director, you will be actively engaged with all levels of management, and at all stages of the construction process, from pre-construction through to completion of works.  
Your regular routine will support in the monitoring of workplaces and the investigation of incidents, with a 'management' approach to problem solving, as well as to improve the SH&E management skills of our workforce. 
 
About the Requirements: You must have a safety qualification (NEBOSH, Degree or Diploma) and have at least 2 years health & safety Site experience, ideally with RC Frames but not essential. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a strong communicator. You ne must be;

• Ability to work on your own initiative while also able to work within a team
• Enthusiasm and an energetic nature are essential.
