Capital Infrastructure Estimator

As an Infrastructure Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase of our client's projects. Working closely with the project management and business development teams, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing competitive bids, and contributing to the overall success of sewer and water, roads, culverts and other infrastructure endeavours.

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

-Proven experience as an estimator in the sewer and water infrastructure or civil engineering industry, with a strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials specific to this sector.

-Proficiency with construction estimation software (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Planswift) and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in sewer and water infrastructure projects.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the sewer and water infrastructure sector.

-Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices specific to sewer and water infrastructure projects.

-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
