SSA are currently recruiting a HR Manager, for a full time permanent role, to be based in Dublin. This is a permanent position within the company.

About the client: 

Our client is an impressive Contractor who are highly respected within Ireland, and have an impressive portfolio of work throughout Ireland.
  
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Onboarding
• Assist on recruitment
• Setting and adhering to company values and mission
• Advise on HR issues
• Ensure compliance with regulation
• Support the development of HR initiatives.
• Delivery of reports.
• Deliver a HR service in line with business needs by assisting with the running of the day to day HR functions.
• Administration and management of disciplinary/grievance/ER and IR 
• Provide advice and support to all employees on a variety of topics.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance cases in line with policy and best practice. 
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all business units in the organisation.

Essential: 

• Relevant third-level Certificate/Diploma/Degree qualification in HR discipline.
• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to multi task and take initiative. 
• Experience of working across a HR related role.
