As an Intermediate Engineer on our award-winning Municipal team in Toronto, you'll play a key role in driving forward some of the most important infrastructure projects in the city. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the design of municipal linear projects, providing technical expertise and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Manage preliminary and detailed designs, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents for key projects.
  • Provide support for tendering and contract administration, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Work closely with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Mentor junior staff and play a key role in their development, while also supporting business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate studies and assessments to ensure the latest standards and technologies are incorporated into every project.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Active P.Eng designation with the ability to practice in Ontario.
  • 5-10 years in the design of municipal infrastructure projects, with a focus on roads, water mains, and sewers.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, and municipal design engineering.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members.
  • A strong understanding of construction sequencing, permit requirements, and municipal/provincial road design guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
