Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - MEP Contractor - South Dublin

SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a building services contractor for a position based in South Dublin.
About the role:
This is a key role within the company, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Your responsibilities will include cost reporting, preparing claims, tendering, value engineering / identify opportunities, advising on contractual matters, and interacting with site teams both locally and internationally. This position will suit someone energetic, that has a keen interest in MEP construction.

Our client has over 35 years industry experience specialising in MEP installation across hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure projects. They specialise in design & build and traditional contracting solutions, with a network of offices across Ireland, the UK, and the Caribbean.

Position requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction discipline
- Min. 3 years post-graduate industry experience
- Previous MEP experience is not essential
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
