We’re seeking a talented Water Resources Engineer to join our clients Ottawa office and contribute to their Land Development Group. As part of their employee-owned company, you’ll be part of a team known for delivering high-quality solutions in water and stormwater management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with established and new clients, creating innovative solutions that safeguard land, surface watercourses, and groundwater resources.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers, technologists, GIS technicians, and support staff to design innovative stormwater and servicing solutions for urban land development projects.
  • Use advanced modeling software (e.g., PCSWMM, XPSWMM, HEC-RAS, HY8) to tackle complex servicing challenges from master planning to detailed design and construction.
  • Develop stormwater and wastewater models to support infrastructure planning for new and existing communities.
  • Assess flood risks in storm and sanitary sewer systems and identify floodplain areas.
  • Deliver thoughtful designs, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development.
