Land Development Project Manager

Are you ready to take the lead on some of exciting land development projects in Ontario? Join our clients dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping new communities from the ground up!

As a Project Manager in their Design Department, you’ll drive the success of site plan and subdivision projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers. From crafting innovative grading plans to developing sustainable servicing designs, your expertise will leave a lasting impact on the landscapes they help create.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of Functional Servicing Reports and oversee the design of preliminary and detailed engineering drawings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and approval agencies, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
  • Guide your project team through every step of the process, running productive meetings and making critical decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Assign tasks and provide invaluable training to junior staff, helping them develop their skills and careers under your guidance.
  • Lead the charge in creating grading plans, servicing designs, and sustainable stormwater solutions for residential subdivisions and site plans.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering. P.Eng. or C.E.T. registration in Ontario is a major asset.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in land development projects (subdivisions, site plans, stormwater management, environmental servicing).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is a must.
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments. Whether working independently or leading a team, you consistently deliver high-quality results.
