My client is an Irish Manufacturing Company who have a facilities throughout Ireland, and this would be a fantastic company to help you further your career in as a Maintenance Manager. This is a permanent position in Waterford.

About the role:

• Waterford Based position 
• Permanent Role
• Competitive Salary & Package €70,000 - €80,000 & Package 

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff 
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following:

• 3+ years experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
