Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and PR.
  • Oversee content creation, including website updates, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to maximize brand exposure.
  • Maintain marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Develop relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in event planning and sponsorship management is a plus.
