SSA are working with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for their ongoing Pharmaceutical Project in Mayo.

Mechanical Site Supervisor
As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee daily site activities, liaise with trade professionals, and drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical trade teams and site operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines
• Maintain progress records and report updates to management
• Liaise with subcontractors and coordinate work areas
• Provide technical support and leadership to site teams

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in mechanical site supervision within construction or engineering
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and problem-solve on-site
• Strong organisational and communication skills
