They are looking for a Project Administrator with experience in HCSS software and HeavyBid to support their growing team.
Position Overview
The Project Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by managing documentation, coordinating resources, and supporting project teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil construction administration and be proficient in HCSS software and HeavyBid to assist with estimating and project tracking.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist project managers with administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
- Utilize HCSS software and HeavyBid for project tracking, cost analysis, and estimating.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution.
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
- Ensure proper document control and organization for all project-related files.
- Support health and safety compliance by maintaining records and reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Experience: 1+ years project administration role within the civil construction industry.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in HCSS software and HeavyBid is required.
- Education: A diploma or certification in construction management, business administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
