Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Edmonton
Salary: up to $130K (dependent on experience)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee earthworks and underground utilities for industrial construction projects. This role involves managing project execution, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead earthworks/underground utility projects, managing teams, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and safety standards.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate project logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management, specifically earthworks/underground utilities.
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with industrial projects in Alberta.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
