Project Manager – ICI Construction (New Build) | Up to $130K
My client, a well-established construction firm specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new-build projects across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in ICI construction to take ownership of projects from pre-construction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ICI new-build projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead project teams, providing clear direction and problem-solving support.
• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of local experience in ICI construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering new-build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• PMP designation or relevant certifications are an asset.
