About the Role: The Project Manager's position will involve overseeing selected projects in conjunction with our management team including:
- Contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims.
- Providing knowledge and advice on technical matters; and
- Project administration, client, service authorities, subcontract & resident liaison.
- Developing client relationships.
- Preparation of tenders and quotations for review.
- Material takes off, ordering, authorizing invoices, monitoring and project costing.
- Developing project related project management & safety management plans.
- Onsite and office-based duties.
