I have an exceptional opportunity for a Civil Project Manager to work for a Tasmanian based and privately owned company. This role is ideal for someone who resides in Hobart or someone looking to relocate back to the island. Maybe you grew up Tasmania, went to the mainland and now have decided it is time to come home.

Civil Construction Projects For:

• State and Local Government.
• Statutory Authorities
• Commercial Builders
• Private sector clients
• Residential, Industrial and Rural subdivisions
• Roads and Car parks
• Sewer & Stormwater/ Water Infrastructure
• Building site civil works

About the Role:
The Project Manager's position will involve overseeing selected projects in conjunction with our management team including:

• Contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims.
• Providing knowledge and advice on technical matters; and
• Project administration, client, service authorities, subcontract & resident liaison.
• Developing client relationships.
• Preparation of tenders and quotations for review.
• Material takes off, ordering, authorizing invoices, monitoring and project costing.
• Developing project related project management & safety management plans.
• Onsite and office-based duties.
