Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead our real estate development projects from inception through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, managing resources, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Establish and oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders, assigning tasks and clarifying responsibilities to drive project success.
  • Communication Facilitation: Promote clear and consistent communication across the team to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address project issues and risks to minimize disruptions.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet industry benchmarks and project specifications.
  • Review and Approval: Oversee the review and approval process for project deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within real estate development.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Additional Details:
  • Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
