Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee our real estate development projects. In this role, you will ensure project success by effectively managing all activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve defined goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans that clearly define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Create, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring accountability for project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of communication, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned on project progress and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to meet quality, timeline, and budget goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards by ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed industry benchmarks and client expectations.
  • Deliverable Review and Approval: Review, evaluate, and approve final project outputs to ensure compliance with objectives and standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually.
