Project Manager – Infrastructure Planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure planning projects, including master plans, intensification studies, infrastructure servicing, hydraulic modeling, and Class Environmental Assessments (EA).
  • Coordinate efforts with other project managers within the larger infrastructure planning team.
  • Utilize your technical background in stormwater servicing, water distribution, wastewater collection analysis, cost estimation, and the development of servicing strategies and hydraulic models.
  • Deliver high-quality project outputs such as technical reports, memos, client presentations, hydraulic models, and GIS mapping.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Qualifications: 
  • Professional accreditation or designation preferred (PMP is a strong asset).
  • Engineering, planning, or technology background with experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering.
  • Experience working with municipal engineering design and construction, particularly with Canadian and GTA municipalities.
  • Familiarity with servicing analysis, network analysis, and GTA master planning, including Class EA experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Involvement in industry organizations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in software and technology related to infrastructure planning.
