Project Manager/Estimator to join their growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging civil construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in both the estimating and project execution phases, ensuring smooth delivery from tender to close-out.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Conduct site visits and review project plans, specifications, and conditions to support accurate estimating
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables
- Monitor and manage project schedules, resources, and reporting requirements
- Identify and manage project risks, changes, and opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to business development initiatives with technical insight and pricing strategies
What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of experience in civil construction project management and estimating
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in estimating and project management software, along with MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- PMP certification or similar credentials are considered an asset
