Job Description

SSA are working with multiple Tier 1 M&E Contractors seeking Project Planners for a variety of projects in Dublin.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional / sectoral)
· Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP
· Reporting to Planning Department and Business Unit / Project Management
· Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning and progress databases
· Progress reporting (Milestone projections, delay / float path analysis)
· Earned Value Management systems
· Monitoring schedule performance and productivity
· Attending schedule meetings, liaising with client and subcontractors
· Preparation of tender schedules and histograms
· Resource / cash loading of schedules
· Providing data for payment applications
· Completing contract review reports
· Responsibility for quality and accuracy of schedules and reports
· Making relevant parties aware of issues and advising on solutions
· Assisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes

Requirements:
· Relevant degree in Engineering/Construction Management
· 3+ years Project Planning experience
· Experience working with MEP Contractor on projects in Ireland/UK is strongly desired
· Extensive experience in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
· EU Passport/Irish work permit essential
