My client, a well established highways contractor are looking for a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Bolton. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of highways projects, contributing to their financial and contractual success.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Requirements To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within highways or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in contract types, such as NEC and JCT.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of cost management and financial reporting systems.
• A valid CSCS card and driving license.
