My client is a main contractor looking for a Quantity Surveyor - Procurement in their Abu Dhabi office:

- Manage the evaluation and procurement of subcontractor packages.
- Conduct detailed technical assessments of subcontractor proposals.
- Collaborate with project and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontractor services.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Assist in negotiations with subcontractors to achieve optimal value.
- Prepare cost comparisons and recommendations for subcontractor selection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in procurement, focusing on subcontractor packages.
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in civil engineering.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
