We at SSA Group are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to become part of an established team within our Dublin Office.

About the role:

• Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, assisting clients find skilled individuals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets.
• Nurturing existing relationships as well as developing new ones.
• Over time you will become an expert within your market, and use this knowledge to grow your desk, and the business as a whole.
• You will be dealing with existing clients rather than focusing on cold calling and you will be very much working within a ‘hot desk’ all the while developing your knowledge of the industry.
• You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry in addition to your own market.

Requirements:

• The role will suit someone with a professional personality, strong communication skills, hard-working, motivated and personable.
• Degree-Qualified in Construction/Business/HR/Marketing.
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the recruitment industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a hunger and desire to succeed
• Organised with the ability and hunger to manage a busy desk
• Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary.
