Recruitment Consultant - Construction & Engineering - Limerick

We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Limerick City.

About the role:
The role will suit someone with strong communication skills, that's hard-working, motivated, and personable. Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, you will assist clients in finding skilled professionals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets. Nurturing existing relationships, you will also be responsible for developing new ones.
Over time you will become an expert within your market, using this knowledge to grow your desk. You will be dealing with existing clients rather than focusing on cold calling, working within a 'hot desk’ all the while developing your knowledge of the industry. You will gain an appreciation for multiple areas of the industry in addition to your own specialism.

Position requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
