Senior Remedial Engineer – Team Lead – Sydney

My client is a true leader in building diagnostics and forensic engineering. Anything from investigations and assessments through to management of remediation works.

Role:  - Remedial Engineer Team Leader
  
Requirements:

• Conduct detailed investigations and condition assessments of existing structures.
• Investigations cover a wide range of issues including waterproofing, concrete spalling, structural cracking and other load-bearing structures that require remediation.
• Deliver high-quality tender documentation, tender selection qualification, and project manage rectification works.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors (e.g. strata managers, owners’ corporations, and building managers).
• Prepare high-quality written reports.
• Ideally 6 plus years of local remedial engineering experience.
