SSA are seeking a Senior Architect in Belfast for a well known Architecture client.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work on a number of projects at various RIBA work stages.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction phases.
- Review and approve design documents, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Lead the design team. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
- Qualification in Architecture
- 6+ years’ experience in Architecture roles post qualification.
- Revit (Intermediate)
- Experience in Aviation Industry or with Healthcare projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver’s License
- Eligible to work in UK/Norther Ireland
