About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Superintendent to oversee a major highway construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of the project on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site activities for the highway construction project, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee a large team of construction professionals, including foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules and construction plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Manage resources, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, local authorities, and other project stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or similar leadership role.
- Proven expertise in large-scale highway or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to and from the project site.
- Competitive salary range of $170,000 - $200,000, based on experience.
