I am seeking a
Senior Interior Designer with expertise in corporate office design to join our team in Vancouver. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for designing dynamic, functional, and inspiring workplace environments. You will lead projects from concept to completion, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and mentor junior designers to deliver exceptional office interiors.
Key Responsibilities - Lead workplace design projects from concept development to final implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, culture, and functional needs, translating them into innovative workplace solutions.
- Develop space planning, interior layouts, material selections, and furniture specifications.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, workplace strategies, and sustainability best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial or corporate office interior design.
- Strong understanding of workplace strategy, space planning, and ergonomic design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.(Other software's are an advantage)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
