A leading multi-award-winning construction company, with over $1 billion worth of completed projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its excellence in delivering innovative, stylish, and functional properties across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, community facilities, high and low-rise apartments, and high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost planning and estimation services on large-scale projects, valued at $50 million or more.

Key duties include:

• Tendering & Programming: Lead the preparation of tender submissions, including detailed cost estimates and project timelines.
• Cost Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage detailed cost plans from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Design Review/Management: Collaborate with design teams to ensure that projects are delivered on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Tendering & Programming: Lead the preparation of tender submissions, including detailed cost estimates and project timelines.
• Construction Management & Project Management: Oversee the financial aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Project Risk Analysis: Identify and manage financial risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing mitigation strategies where necessary.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working on large-scale projects with values of $50 million or more.
• Strong expertise in Cost Planning, Value Engineering, Design & Construct, General Tendering, and Construction Management.
• Demonstrated success in Budget and Cost Management, managing project risks, and delivering projects within agreed financial parameters.
• Experience in managing multiple high-value projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and community sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the construction process, from design and procurement through to construction and handover.
